DarkWalls is a free app that provides a curated library of dark, OLED-optimized wallpapers for personal use on your mobile device. You may:

All wallpapers included in DarkWalls are owned and/or created by the app’s publisher (Orbon Tech). No third-party stock-photo license, artist license, or royalty chain is required.
If you believe a wallpaper infringes your copyright, write to privacy@orbontech.com with the details required by a standard takedown notice (identification of the work, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a signature); we will investigate and respond.
DarkWalls is free and supported by short Rewarded Interstitial ads from Google AdMob, shown immediately before each wallpaper save. Ad behavior, the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and the data Google receives are described in the Privacy Policy.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful code. You use the app at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbon Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the app.
Orbon Tech’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid Orbon Tech in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for a free app, is zero.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app, remove content, or terminate access to the backend at our discretion. If the app is discontinued, locally-stored data on your device is unaffected; you can continue to use any wallpapers you have already saved to your Photos.
Your privacy is covered in full by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. See privacy-policy.md or the link in the app’s Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without reference to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app the first time you open a version after the change. Continued use of the app after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
